We do not:

• Scan your files
• Sell your data
• Track you for advertising purposes

2. Data Ownership

All files you store on Librecloud are yours. We do not claim ownership and will never access your files unless:

• You give us explicit permission for support purposes
• We are legally compelled (and we will notify you if permitted)

3. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics or trackers on user dashboards. We may use essential cookies for login sessions only.

4. Encryption

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
• Server-side encryption is enabled where supported, but we recommend using client-side encryption for sensitive data.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is wiped from our systems within 60 days.

6. Data Breach Policy

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as soon as reasonably possible with details and mitigation steps.
